Watch live: Jacinda Ardern to give foreign policy speech at Lowy Institute

Sydney | Jacinda Ardern is set to give a foreign speech to the Lowy Institute in Sydney at 12.30pm today.

While no big new policy announcements are expected, it will be the third speech in as many weeks after speeches to Nato and Chatham House.

Given the rising geostrategic competition in the region and the world, New Zealand has been under pressure to more clearly articulate its approach.
